    Box markings

I have noticed that some Tamiya boxed kits also have a smaller Italeri logo on them as well.
Can anyone explain why? cant see any reference to this anywhere on the box or instruction pamphlet.

Tamiya rebox some Italeri kits, which are supposedly for sale on the Japanese market.

Some do end up over here. Checking the Scalemates website helps to find out the history of a kit. . . For example
Tamiya model kit in scale 1:48, 37011 is a rebox released in 2012 | Contents, Previews, Reviews, History + Marketplace | Hawker Hurricane | EAN: 4950344370115

Thank you, that would explain why on some of these kits I've built, they just dont seem to have the fit and quality of the Tamiya product that I expect.
