    CNC cutting

Hi I build sailing boats from 1.2mm ply and want to find a company that can CNC cut templates from a vector file, must be able to
to cut up to 1metre long.

I am looking for a one of service at first and then possible to cut a few if club members are interested. If
anyone knows of some one that can do this it would be very helpfull.

Location is important since shipping large pieces can make or break such an order so you'd better look for someone nearest to you.

Thank you for your reply, the file would be a Vector file and it would not matter either laser or machine cut would be fine. the job would consist of most parts being cut out of 1mm or 1.2 mm ply, with a few small shadows cut from 4 to 5mm ply.

google cnc wood cutting and you will find loads of places to get it done. Be prepared to pay a lot for one off bits tho.

You might want to search water jet cutting as well. They can cut both metal, wood plastic and even glass....
