Hi all
With Winston finally finished I’ve made a start on a cracking figure by Life Minatures..lots going on with this in terms of additional prices which is a bit of a change for a bust...
Anyway initial progress has been made and I will update as and when!

Jason,
Looking good. It looks like a very nicely detailed bust. I will tag along if you don't mind.

Great face (again). Just remind me; do you use oils, acrylics or enamels? Really nice blending.
Jon.

Hi all,
Thanks Scottie... glad to have you along!
Thanks Jim... I actually enjoyed doing the pinstripes...don't know why!
Thanks Jon... its all pretty much Vallejo acrylics
Thanks Steve ... you might need a lot of coffee... this could be a long one!
Thanks again John.... I've added a few more tones and colour to the face as it looked quite bland once I saw the pictures on a big screen... These are on my iphone so I will add them in the next post direct from the phone....lets see if the "portrait mode" is any good!
thanks
Jason.

Many thanks Chaps!

i was planning at painting the helmet shields freehand... (the helmet will be whitewashed so they dont have to be spot on!) but I wanted to cut out a template to at least get them the same size and shape.... does anybody know how big these are in real life so that I can scale down to a 1/10?
Thanks
Jason
