Have you considered sticking the removed doors barely attached except say by one hinge/corner, hanging down Jason ?

You’d probably be quicker off making a new side panel without doors from plastic card and strip

Nice idea with the doors Jason. It will add a lot of interest to the build. Great stuff

              Hi Jason
I like the way this is going - prized open doors is a nice touch. No figures indeed :rolling: :tongue-out3:

                  Hi all,
thanks for this... the intention is to leave the doors hanging down from the hinges on each of the open compartments but sadly the existing panels get destroyed whilst im cutting them out so I will be making replacements out of boards... I did find a few pictures on line that give the general idea.
                  Thanks
                  Jason.

If you make the replacement doors before cutting them out, you can use the kit parts as a guide Luckily in this case, all six are the same.

                      Hi Jason,
I did something similar cut out the door and made one from sheet with the addition of a scratched lock. Here's a pic if it helps.

I won’t be adding this much damage... but this is the general idea
