Help with using a drill to clean wheels?

    Evening

    After some advice, please

I am thinking of trying to use my dremmel type (parkrise) mini drill to turn and sand down the wheels on StuG etc. I am racking my tiny brain of a way to attach the wheel onto a rod of sorts then into the drills chuck? Has anybody out there tried this.???

Sorry it seems i am a lazy so an so its one part of the builds which is a pain and can drain my energy quite a lot

    Thanks bob

    Bob,
In your dremmel you may have a shaft with a screw in the end for holding cutting discs. I have used this with a couple washers to hold it tight then this can be put in the dremmel, or a pin chuck to hold it while you work on it.
I'm sure the other guys will have their own suggestions.

      Much appreciate the help

        Hi Bob

These are a set of wheels I did recently. The top right one has the tyre taken off entirely. I used the como/dremmel drill with a discus shaped drill bit and gently created the groove while turning the wheel on the end of a toothpick
