Just a question to the community. I continually snap the smaller 0.1 - 0.4mm drill bits and need to buy some in 'bulk' (probably boxes of 10). Where do you guys get them?

All I can say is beware of the really cheap ones.
I bought a set of 20 allegedly ''PCB'' drills, so they should be good as they need to cut thru printed circuit boards.
I snapped 8 very quickly, whereas I bought a Tamiya 0.5 that is still fine. -
Ive just ordered some off eBay alan - the pcb ones -set of ten , 0.3 to 1.3 about four and a half quid . I too have broken about four of the last set I got but its down to me being a bit heavy handed i reckon , i mean a 0.3 drill bit isnt going to be very sturdy really is it ? I guess I’ll have to be a bit more gentle . I think ive seen sellers offering boxes of ten all the same size if thats what youre needing , cheers tonyComment

I'm afraid I go for bulk buying the cheap drills! I manage to break ALL drills, no matter what the price. PCB drills are better, because you only need one collet in your drill/pinchuck, but the parallel shank ones are cheaper - I've just lo9ked at ebay, - 10 X 0.7mm, for £1.79 delivered.
Its only drilling plastic, so HSS is a bit superfluous. I reduced drill breakage by only using a hand pinchuck, although I still regularly snap them, but having spares at hand is comforting!
