The eyes look very nice indeed Jason. The sculptor hasn't helped by making them different shapes, which, as you know, is pretty common with busts and figures. It's the one thing that gives me the most headaches. Well done for resolving the issue.Comment

Thanks again chaps!
I guess the lesson here is never to say nearly finished and it’s always the little things that take up most of the time...due to the prominence of the watch on the figure I’ve just spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get it right...this is going to have to do...
Thanks

Wow, fantastic work Jason, ive turned my hand to busts recently to try and gauge what i like doing more..is it the painting of a figure or putting the model together etc. Your painting is very nice indeed, love the watch, that takes dedication and i bet your eyes are hurting at that detail level :smiling2:.Comment

Thanks everyone...I went back and added more gold to the watch having seen the photos on the screen.I also put some gloss on the watch screen and the eyeballs.....in terms of where the watch goes see below...I think that’s about it in terms of painting...just got to get him on a plinth and it’s finished!
Thanks
