Is Athearn still around? I thought they went the way of Roundhouse models years ago.

Don't know Rick. Been in the stash for about 20 years waiting for me to finish the Athern NS GP60, NS coalgon unit train and resurrect the layout. PaulE

Very pleased with these. Pictures aren’t bad for an iPad either.....

For those that have put up with me banging on about camera sensors trying to make the largest tone a mid-grey, here it is in action. That wall behind them is a light cream colour, not a grey.

They are now in the cabinet and the spearman are on the blocks.....
          Cheers for now....

The all look like they have been chasing "parked" cars. No wonder they look "pissed" Absolutely beautiful paint work and astounding at that scale!! If I am able to produce something not half that good I'll be happy. :thumb2: Well done Tim! Rick H.

Cheers Rick. That’s what happens when they try to bite tailpipes....

Very nice work, especially at that scale.

Now that My Airfield Bowser is done I have this back on the bench........I have been trying the back ground trees in different positions and I think I like this best......Didn't want it to look like a Hedge. Rick H.Click image for larger version

                          Hi Rick.
Good to see this back on the bench. It will be a nice scene when completed.

Tim, I wouldn't want any of those to chase my tailgate but they're nicely painted.

                              Cheers,
                              Richard
