Been back to have some fun with this. Meng Toon Tiger 1 with scratch interior. Not overly pleased with my painting, but been a fair few weeks since painting any sort of detail, so put a bit of it down to lack of practice. Wasn't great with a brush to start with!
Anyway...added some paint and started some weathering. Lots of touchups needed.
A superb build John. The world of paper modelling has come on leaps and bounds over the last few years. Here in the UK we need to do some catching up but in Europe it has a massive following. This is me with a paper bazooka. Very realistic

As a keen paper modeller myself, I'd agree it's woefully under-represented in the hobby in the UK. The complexity and detail of European paper models is probably not much understood over here. As an example, here's a 'sprue shot' of my model of Himeji Castle, and the finished model.
...and some paper models are much, much more complicated than this.

That's amazing, simply amazing? What 'scale' is it meant to be, assuming it's meant to be a specific scale.

Agree with my learned friend Andrew that's damned good young Jack, nowt wrong with your painting.
I've put these up before, so I hope it's not an infringement to repeat post them. These are at the limit of what I'm prepared to attempt, but there are way more complex paper models available, too. The Bofors is 1:25th, the fire truck is 1:24th.

That gun looks as if it's from a plastic kit Paul it's so good . The only way I could see it was card / paper was in the last photo showing the internal of the cab .Very impressive indeed .
Just to give you an idea of the agonies involved in building these (and to prove the Bofors is also paper), here's some of the parts that go into making a single tyre for it. Cutting the treads - aargh! I think I might take up making tank tracks from individual links for some light relief
