    North Star Models - any experience?

    Morning chaps,

    Ordered some resin figures from North Star Models in Ukraine some six weeks ago, and nothing as yet. To add to my worries two emails have yielded no reply. Does any one have any experience with this company? I'm hoping they're still on a slow boat... Website - https://northstarmodels.com/

      I have, thanks. It says the order is complete, and tracking number provided. I also received an email to confirm order completion. Alas the tracking shows nothing, not even package received.

        This seems to be the norm for North Star. Your order disappears and then weeks later suddenly turns up. At least that is my experience. Hope things turn out okay.

            Update - have finally had a reply (after three emails, a week apart each). They are investigating and have said they'll send a replacement order by express delivery if they can't track it down by Monday.
