      Paul .
The Committee seeing the trailer and the tractor unit were suitability impressed, but then they saw the rest of the Engineer Dump Company. They were so excited Matron had to sedate several of the older members , when order was restored a unanimous vote resulted in

It's easy for him Rick. He uses the Henry Ford Assembly Line method he learned from the man himself!!! Now I'm not saying he's old or something though...........

SDV was the source. I bought some 38(t)140/1 recon. tanks for their turrets & PE grenade screens for my ROCO 234s & screens for my Trident 250/9s before they started including them with their 250/9s & made the 140/1s into ammo carriers/prime movers.

Thanks gentlemen & also to the esteemed Committee for the recognition.
CMK did a pretty good job w/sIG. Wheels were clunky, tow clevis too small, & shield props too delicate, thus the changes.

Paul saw a TV programme this afternoon about a combat dealer. The guys here will know who I mean . He had been offered a trailer like you have just built , another tractor to tow it and then someone found a wheeled tracked unit to put on it . The prices were frightening than he was dealing in . I've taken some photos from the TV , will send them to you when I up load them .

Paul, that sIG turned out well. Got a couple in the stash, thanks for pointing out the weak points of this kit......I'll make a note of the inadequacies and file 'em in my notes/lists folder. :thumb2: The Dawg's was well earned, you have put a ton of work into this project.

Bench is busy today after a massive priming session this morning. Started a box of 1/35 armour for a bit of a change and a painting challenge. Also got the usual Hornby bits and primed the munitions and tanks for a 1/32 F14 that's been "in progress" for too long now.Click image for larger version

I wrote 1/35th but am not sure where this number came from. I shall look at the box......

In looking at the photos......I can only guess 1/72 or smaller........possibly 1/87........sort of caught my eye. Let me know what you find out about the scale and please post a thread on what you are doing with all these little ones.
                              Thanks,
                              Rick
