    A Work Of Art

    Hi Everyone

I found this while surfing the net. Its one of those "Out of the Page" models. Sadly no author was attached to the photo. I am no expert but I presume these types of models are all scratch built sculpts??

Looks good Steve. Very dynamic and shows the colourful uniforms in the Napoleonic wars. Nice find :thumb2:
Pity we don’t know much about it, but I think they may be Perry or Victrix 28mm plastics! You can get this much variety out of them, and being plastic they are easy to modify. The Napoleon figure is obviously based on the famous painting “Napoleon crossing the alps” and looks like the 28mm produced by foundry miniatures (also sculpted by the Perry’s I believe).

What I like about it is the way its presented like a book unfolding. From the picture it looks like a 3D version of flats.
Very inspiring. Thanks for sharing Steve.

            Cheers,
            Richard
