After chisel blades, small ones

    Hi all

I am looking for chisel blades, I have a x acto 17 which used with the handle is great for removing ejector marks BUT it's a bit too wide for hard to get at ones.

Swann Morton seem to do narrow ones but the handles are expensive

Cannot find x acto type ones other than 17 or 18, can anyone help me??

    Ta bob

The other week, when ordering something else, I came across these blades:

These are chisel-shaped blades, with the whole width of the blade being equal to that of the tang that goes into the X-Acto-style handle. I bought a set because I couldn’t find the wider type at all, anywhere, and I’m on my last blade of those.

If you search the Internet for [ICODE]RPG Scale Model "T-007"[/ICODE] you’ll find a fair number of hits for webshops that sell them.

        Hi Bob
What I did was to buy a cheap set of those mini screwdrivers and then I sharpened them to a chisel end. They work fine and as I said they were very cheap :tongue-out3:

Another approach is to look for podiatry blades Bob. They should fit a standard scalpel handle.
