I got some basic colours down on this barn while I'm still waiting for the knock-off sculptamold to dry on the base but my uninsulated shed doesn't look too inviting at the moment so there may be no progress for a few days!

I'm a bit 'Fusiliered out' at the moment so I'm distracting myself at the 'virtual bench' by creating this

It's an M2 Flamethrower to be 3D printed . I've got almost three complete sets of Airfix Multipose US Marines in the stash that I want to use up in a dio, so I want a flamethrower in 1-32 scale.
I'm measuring and copying a 1-35 Dragon offering (and referring to lots of pics from the internet) and then I will scale it up and print it.

I am building a Tamiya CB750F 1/6th scale motorcycle, I have to say this is a quality kit it’s well detailed & almost feels like your building the real thing , I am giving this to a friend of mine he has the most brilliant story involving one of these bikes (the full size version you ride ) so I will give him this as he had promised to have it on show in his house , I think I am going to build a glass cabinet to put it in but just to build it is a real pleasure so much so I may purchase another one for myself to keep but anyone looking to build a real quality kit look no further , highly recommended & I think about £70 so a barging really for what you get.

Certainly some tiny parts you've got to make there Neil.
I did a resin German one,(kit bought mind, not made by me) a few years back, and a couple of the "taps" were miniscule!!

I had a 900F in the late 80's, always wanted to build a model of it,but no one makes one.... Just the 750.

I'm beginning to worry about you Mr. Merryweather........First, it was fuselages with muskets, now it's marines with flamethrowers!!! What's next???.....Terrorists with atomic bombs???..........

Work has prematurely stalled on the Dragon Sd.Kfz 7 so I've moved onto the base and the vehicle it was towing. Dragon inexplicably do not provide instrument decals for the majority of their 8T kits, and now Archer are no longer around it has taken some time to find an alternative.. Although not specific to the Dragon kit I eventually tracked down a set from Alliance Model Works, so whilst I wait for a few sets to arrive from the tuther side of the globe I started work on the Flak 36/37 it was towing.

This old Tamiya Flak 36/37 is a bit long in the tooth but as it was already built, it fitted the bill perfectly.
