    Non fogging CA glue

Thanks to Tim's recommendation I use Canopy Glue for clear parts. It works extremely well. Occasionally I would like to strengthen the bond with CA. However CA can fog up clear parts but I seem to remember reading somewhere about a non fogging CA. Does anyone know if such CA exists or is my memory playing tricks.

Some use white glue - some use that magic potion ‘klear’ - I some use Acrylic glue. Or look no further!

There was a recommendation on here not too long back Jim, but like you my memory is found wanting.

I'm sure it was one of the Bob Smith products.

I think that’s the same stuff I recommended to Jim Paul Looks like they’ve updated the label though.

DSPAE produce a non-fogging ca that works well and I have used it many times on canopies.

Be aware that there is a ‘low-fogging’ type as well but I have not used it and don’t know exactly what ‘low-fogging’ means.

Thanks guys. I think the DSPIAE stuff is what I had heard of somewhere - rings a bell.

I found the previous thread where Barry recommended it and you replied, so it definitely happened, I just got the wrong brand :smiling3:
