Hi Colin, as mentioned in my earlier post about the possibilities with this scale...here's one I could never do with a 1/48 or even 72 scale...

Look forward to seeing your builds here and hope there will be a GB for this scale.

      Cheers,

Hmm, shouldn't the deck crew and tractor be 'speed streaky' too?

Now, I would NOT put that past Wabble's inestimable modelling skills...

After the GBs already listed, there was a Spanish Civil War GB mooted?
So, maybe around September time (My birthday!) I'll propose an all-genre 1/144 GB? Any pre-orders?

Those weren't speed streaks but tyre skids marks. The entire deck would have been blurred if I wanted the speed effect but good point.

Sorry, I thought it was like some of the 'streaky ground' display bases I've seen, which do capture a rather nice effect

Oops. Have I gone and set you a challenge now?

I should also have praised the elegent solution of the 'plane in flight with the catapult hook. No launch steam though!

Why would there be launch steam when the aircraft has clearly just picked up an arresting cable?

Simple question from a thick old joiner.....

A change is as good as a rest heres one of my closet 1/144 builds

Well us old f'''s need to be able to see those large locating holes, that's why we do 1/35, otherwise we would not know where to glue the parts and the destructions are no good to us as we have trouble reading the 'This way up' writing on the tiolet paper.....

Well you have me beat, wonderful work, I watch and wonder when I see your build on the (big) Tomcat, I have still to master not dropping the scalpel, but the foot movement is getting better and faster...
