My mother has a figure of Napoleon that matches this one...does anybody know if it is supposed to be somebody and if so who?

Hi Jason.

I've found very similar figures on the web and they all just say 'Hussar Figure'. The bases are unmarked, but they are probably early C20th Italian in the style of Capodimonte.
