          Hi jim , great pics, thanks for sharing . Looks like it was a superb show,loads of excellent aircraft and the crowds can get right up close too, something we cant do at most of our shows- pity. Im going to the RAF waddington airshow in a few weeks, hopefully i can get some nice pics too, cheers tony

                  no problem. it was a great day. i was surprised to see that number of aircraft there. they had a bunch of vets there. a couple of guys from easy company (band of brothers) and at least one guy from the 1st marines (the pacific). the program said they were going to have a stuka replica, but i didnt see that anywhere.

                  the memphis belle was the one they used for the movie, the real one is being restored in DC i overheard someone say.
