    WW2 road signs/telegraph poles

    Hello guys,

I am starting my first model base today and am looking to model a tiger I tank at a crossroads during operation market garden.

I want to add either a telegraph pole, roadsign or a combination of both.

I have been trying to do some research and like the look of the far left pole in the image below.

    1) any ideas or tutorials for creating such an object ?

    2) any good references to make the sign.. I would like it to contain some accurate text lol

    3) what height should I be looking at for a 1/72 scale ?

Hope the questions are not too vague.

There are plenty of 1/72/20mm scale telegraph poles.

Revell, Airfix and almost every scale railway company make them.

          Hi Josh,

maybe this helps, its in 1/35 but if you print it at 48,6% it should be around 1/72 scale,

          1/48 scale is 73%

          1/76 scale is 46%

          Cheers Richi
