      Thanks for all the feed back. I tried a few different varnishes to check there was no issues. Then I tried CA it does melt the film a certain amount so I applied the CA to the model then pressed the roll to this and it worked fine.

        Hi Paul I thought I'd try your PVA glue tarpaulin tutorial only my first go and it came out pretty good will certainly have another go thank you.[ATTACH=CONFIG]n[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]n[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]n[/ATTACH]

                Andy, The other advantage I suppose is you can make them as thin or as thick as you like by just adding coats of glue.
