Apollo 11 Saturn V Finished !!!

It sure is a big kit

The only issues with the kit are the locations of the holes for the outside bits ( technical term that )

I have ordered the extra decals for it from the US and will add those when they arrive just to add that little extra touch

Anyway hope you like it, I really enjoyed it, was like three kits in one with the Lunar Module and Command Module to build separately

That is just...'OUT OF THIS WORLD!'

Seriously Adrian, this is just stunning, I'm very envious of you-would love to own it but just don't have the room...

Great build, the detailing and paintwork are sublime, flawless.

Beautiful model Adrian. Nicely done, it looks flawless. I like the transparent area showing the modules.

Absolutely brilliant job. I remember making the Airfix one as a youngster and masking for the matt black in all those tiny little recesses in the corrugated areas was a real pain. Yours looks very neat and the lunar and command modules look superb.

                  That is rather cool.

It is big but the foot print is ok.

So....all you need now is the gantry to stop it falling over.... ;-)

Well it's American so, 'good job' as my American colleagues seem keen to say as often as they can !

It looks really tasty and rather big. Where on earth will you keep this beauty? Answers on a post card and, given the shape, the smutty answers will be deleted

                    Cheers

                    Steve

Thanks all for the positive comments, not sure how to store it yet Steve, but it was suggested that I wire it up and make a lamp out of it lol.
