    millenium falcon and narcissus scratchbuilds

    hello every one,

it would appear that I have not posted my lastest two scratchbuilds both of which can be seen at TRANSPORT MODELS OF PRESTON lancashire, The first is a second falcon which i have completed and the second model is the narcissus from the film Alien. they are both scratchbuilt from falt sheet and evergreen rod and tube with a good mixture of odd bits and bobs from kits for details. Please let me know what you think and be honest as this helps me to improve on new models which I will build.

regards Barrie ( the olg guy )

Thank you one and all for your kind comments, I just love to build as you can see, its not as hard as you think and once you get goingas they say it gets even easier. The only thing that holds me back on some projects is having a good set of plans to work from, once I have a set I just scale them up to what seems like a good size and start cutting plastic. If anyone has any questions how to get going just ask I will be only to pleased to help any fellow model maker. Just for a quick change from sci fi and I like a challenge I am at present building a model of ROCKET the first steam locomotive here are a few early pics.
