Marvels Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D, "The Bus"

Just thought I would post a few pictures of the finished model.

I'm really happy with the way it's turned out and I'm sure people will ask, what is it???

I've seen the S.H.I.E.L.D logo done as a metal plaque so once I get paid I'll order that to make a base from it.

Few details for those that have not seen the build thread, its basically made by using two C-17 kits, taking the wings and 2 engines from one kit to make the rear thruster wing.

Each engine was cut away from the main supports and then 18 various bits of plastic scratch were added to try and replicate the engines seen in the show.

The tail was extended slightly and Agents Coulson's office windows were added.

The colour is German grey and the logo was sprayed using a mask, the decal I made was just a little too thick.

It's a pity this plane was destroyed at the end of a season and now they have Zepher One, which looks more like the Heli-carriers you see in the Marvel films

    Hope you like it

I've already started " Lola" for those that watch the show

    Comments always welcomed.

That is a superb build Adrian. I've never seen the show. But, I watched your build and you've come up with a unique idea and made a cracking job of it.

Adrian this is truly Awesome!! I've seen the show and you seem to have piled lots of detail into this unusual subject.

The angle of the engines and positioning must have been a nightmare but you have really got them spot on.

Really impressed and deserved of great build plus!!

            Regards

            Robert

No Lola is Agent Coulson's 1962 Corvette that has a few added extra's
