Now I've finished on the Cockpit ............ Onto the forward fuselage. There are two (one each side) sort of openings which I'm not happy about, something to do with sensors ???. So they have to go. I've filled them and when the filler has dried off I'll sand and shape them .......... The three small vents can stay .......

Fuselage halve are filled and sanded ............. A couple of tiny blemishes that need addressing, they can wait until it's in primer and I might have to scribe a little on the forward panel line, not sure yet .... But I'm happy with the result.

The wing halves and tail are glued up (special thanks to 'er indoors for the loan of her clothes pegs, although she knows nothing about it) . The wing halves took a lot of cleaning up to get them to fit but I got there ...... Now they are done, they aint that big so I might need to re-think the Ordnance layout ......

Fuselage is together and cockpit is in place..............

I spent this evening masking up the canopy. Took me ages to get it right. Did it ripped it all off and started again .......... But it's done and I'm fairly happy with it..............

....and now I have a dilemma. The Canopy seems like a pretty good fit it sort of "clips on" with two lugs. I'd quite like to have it removable but then masking the cockpit assembly is going to be difficult if not impossible...... There just isn't much in the way of surfaces to stick the tape on........ So I think I'll just have to stick the Canopy on and fill around the edges to get a good seal.......

Stick it in place with maskol or Klear both make it easy to ping off again. I use liquid masking mostly for this.
