Cheers Booby, glad you like it, the SD is a beast and I am sure you will do it justice.

I could, after he "owned" me in another thread, due to my spelling and grammer, made me laugh and hold up the old white flag...... But saw this and could not resist

Just a thought, if there was enough room between the 3mm perspex and model, you could stick the led's to the inside of the perspex (facing inwards), in the center on a blacked out line, put a reflective foil where you have the led's now, and this would give the illusion of two sets of lights.

Probably to late, but like i said, just a thought.

Right, have done a bit more. The rear engine lights have had a couple of diffuses fitted, one is a blue the other is a frosted piece of acrylic, I have had to screw these into place at the edges and masked off using foil tape, these will be painted and weathered.

I have also started painting and adding weathering/stains etc, especially on the rear panel.

I tried to get a better pic Moni, but was using my wife's super ace camera and I just had it on auto, cos I can't use it, and the flash was going off and it made all sorts of noises...I shall of course try and do a better shot in the future.
