Seasons greetings!
I decided to do a simple 1/144 Zaku build to start my year off.
To my surprise and delight, this kit turned out to be far more technical than expected.
One of the appealing elements was that this kit did not require painting. The first sprue comprised of multicoloured single colour and different plastic types, rigid and flexible.
Anyway, having watched a couple of Gundam series shown on streaming services, I picked up this little gem from my local comic emporium for a mere £19, which is a steal compared to Macross kits.
The complexity of the build is a real surprise, but I should have been alerted, having watched the Adam Savage videos of the really big Gundam build that he did and was totally on another level in complexity.
I will show the sequential build of the left leg to show off the the complexity of the build in my next post.
Till next time!?
