I guess it's horses for courses, but I could never understand these part-work things; years to collect, and at enormous cost.

Hi guys, thanks for all your comments, Andy I do kind of agree with you, but the flip side is the cost is spread over the couple of years. And as I don't smoke, or drink (much!!!!!) I thought I'd build it.

          Cheers Andrew

I would love to make this but it is the cost, just cannot afford it. But it does look good I must admit.

I will stick with my 1/72 version.

            Are you lighting yours Rob?

Hi Si, if I can get mine looking anywhere near as good as yours i'll be pleased. up it comes with a lighting kit, I've got the first one for the cockpit, I'll be fitting that in the future.

I've started on the frame for the hull, some tiny screws to work with....

....each section of the framework fixes together with either 2 or 4 hole connectors.....

              More soon.

              Cheers, Andrew

First section on the framework finished, and hull panel test fitted...

...and guess what, even with my fat sausage fingers I never lost any screws!!!!!

                  Cheers Andrew

Jeez, I would be knackered those small screws would end up lost.

                    Nice start though.
