After seeing Alan's Finished Falcon, i had to get one and give it a go. Put it together last night in a couple of hours, no major fit issues, though i did deviate from the simple instructions to try and get a better fit of all the side panels. The only thing i may have cocked up on, is i have left the 'glass' drive panel off, to paint separate and now i am not sure if i can tease it back in. But will cross that bridge later. Hope to get her into the maintenance bay today and get some colour on her.

Pre shading on (tamiya xf-69)

Light layers of tamiya xf-19 sprayed On, building up the coverage bit by bit to endure the pre shade shows through

The light bit did dry to the same colour as the rest.
Then added some white to the grey and randomly sprayed a few panels (free hand) added more white and repeated
