Revell 1:144 Tug - Fairplay X

An interesting little tug to build. Despite it's small size (179mm long) it builds into an accurate model. Mine was built as an OOB build of Fairplay X (Hamburg). Decals and flags are also provided for Fairplay I (Antwerp) and Fairplay III (Rotterdam). Brush painted using mainly Aqua Color.

Thank you for the positive feedback, it is very much appreciated.

Steve, your mention of the model being displayed on the mantlepiece is interesting. It's current display location is on the kitchen windowsill with my other Revell tug, Long Beach (posted in an earlier thread). The models are set amongst my wife's ornaments and I can't see them holding such a prominent position for long. I guess they will soon be relegated to the shed which gives no worries, as there is very little dust and they are away from damage.
