Airfix 1/72 Vosper M.T.B. 'Cruising' at 40 Knots!

A very nice kit which has a convenient one piece hull. Great all round fit.
The boat is freehand brush painted with Vallejo Air Acrylics. The rigging is eezee line. No wet look, as the boat will be taken off the base, fixed to it's stand and consigned to a life in the dark depth of my loft.

The base is polystyrene and the 'Sea' is polyfilla, cheap acrylics and then the silicone, which I 'Worked' with a coffee stirrer.

570, that is the Sea Urchin Spines ( similar to the landlubbers " Dogs dangles "

You certainly have a way with the silicone, perhaps a SBS please might be in the offing.?
                      Yours slipery

                              Excuse us 570 .
Rick the term is used purely in a nautical way, surely you as a ex seafarer would understand. I have no knowledge of echinoderms as such but do know that they are to be found the world over, sea wise of course. They do how ever have uni which are in fact Gonads , so very like a dog's dodas .I hope this answers you question .

                              Thank you 570
