Revell Hawaiian Pilot 1/380

Revell's Hawaiian Pilot is an old kit and the moulds are from when Revell were located in Venice, California. Many of the injection marks are on the face side of the models sufaces and need filling and sanding.

Revell Aqua Color paints used on this kit.

The full sized vessel has an interesting history, when she rammed and sunk her sister ship the Jacob Luckenbach.

Well built and beautifully painted ship/boat.

Excuse my ignorance, I know very little about things that float - lol.

Agreed, but they sink better than boats

Especially when full of holes - lol

            Sorry couldn't resist.

            Tony.
