A couple of weeks ago, I had the misfortune to severely damage this ship. I trod on it!
Close to binning the thing, I eventually decided to 'Refit' her.
After she left the port of Gdansk, she headed out to cruise up the Norwegian Coast.
Dawn, and cruising in the thin ice of the Baltic Sea.
Spotted by a PRU Spitfire.....
In case you are worried, she did meet up with Bismark. Her life ended upside down on the Kwajalein Atoll, after being towed there following her 'use' during U.S. Atom Bomb trials in the Pacific. She is still visible to this day.
Please, don't take the build too critically, it's really just a little exercise in repairing and repainting a 'squished' model as best I could.
