I am currently building FOUR Airfix 1/144 Concordes and when they are finished I will be starting on one of these:

Only 1,700+ parts and over a metre long when completed. This won't be finished anytime soon!

Hi Chris, this one cost about ยฃ115. The expensive ยฃ800 one you are thinking of is the Soar Art 1/35 Dora Railway Gun that has 3,000+ parts and is 5 feet long! https://www.emodels.co.uk/soar-art-1...-gun-9511.html

A lovely retro build Dave, you've done it real justice despite the ill-fitting parts

A Seventies boxing that should have better transparencies than the later boxing I built above. Definitely a project for 2022.
