    HMS Warspite

Well, it's finally finished. I learnt a lot on the use of photo etch and airbrushing with this kit. Here are some final photos

stunning work. the amount of pe just on the masts alone scares me! loving the crispness on the cammo lines.

          Nice.

The effort in the PE has really paid off.

Derek, I put gel cynoacrolate at the end of each rail and a couple of spots along the length. When it is dry I thinned down Deluxe Materials RC Modellers Craft Glue which is a white glue and "painted" it along the join between the guard rails and the deck with an old brush. It is used as a canopy glue, so dries clear, but shiny.

The deck is an after market self adhesive wooden veneer. As this was the special edition of the kit, it came with the kit along with the photo etch.
