Title removed fed up of changing them from all UPPERCASE

Calling this done, I have spent hours weathering and trying various paints to get a really slimy look.

I also added some brass round...things...they are the ends from 1/16 bolts to the base to make that more interesting.

So, fellow members may I present my latests (I have already made 4) sunken 'crusty-rusty' sunken sub.

Thanks Alan, it does look better in the flesh, not quite as stark in the colouring.

Most kind Admiral Doughnut, crusty on the outside and...well, mouldy in the middle.

Nice one Si. It would look even better sitting in/on the bottom of the sea...

Cheers Ian, this one has gone to a new home, hence on its original base. Know what you mean though, the first one I made was on a base.

Thanks Mick, glad the effect worked, like all modellers, you never know if a certain paint technique is going to work.
