Some of you might remember my quest to build the USS Bataan for a friend and his family. He is going to be deployed on her in Jan. Well, I finally found a model from her class and I found the lost picture that depicts the insignia on the side of the conning tower. I found the model online from a hobby store in Canada and should have it in 3 weeks. I am going to be rather focused when that comes in because I won't have too much time until Christmas. I want to thank everyone that helped me in trying to get to this point. This group has been very supportive and I appreciate it. I would have backed away from this project much before then if it hadn't been the ideas and support you folks have given.

I think amongst our members we have someone who can help with most things related to just about all aspects of modelling and all are more than happy to do what is required can to help out.
