    A Sunday Morning

Sunday morning at the pond and I tok my Envoy Class tug for an outing and had a chance to get a little bit more creative with the camera and the new lens.

I took about 100 shots, most of which didn't work, but amongst them were some that came out really well. I might have a bit of a play later and see if I can manupulate any of them but I had a quick go a a couple of effects on one of them.

Very nice Richard, the water looks pretty clean ? you will probably say otherwise it is deceptive.

I can imagine the enjoyment that you get from floating your boats down the local pond, just like me flying my little Tiger Moth around the cabbage patch.

Great pics, Bunk... I wish we had those kind of clubs in my part of the US. I might even consider getting a boat then. But the canal or river isn't a good place to do that and most of the ponds are privately owned. But I digress. Very nice pics though.

          Get a bigger boat?

I once saw a scene made wirh "texture paint", worked and coloured to look pretty realistic. I think it had been started on a flexible surface, as the swell effect was good. That was a sea effect tho'

          Nice pics.

Although we have a lot of suspended particles in the water, which manifests itelf as a green suspension in Summer, the water is actually quite free of weed which is a godsend. We do have a number of submerged items though such as shopping trolleys etc but, from what I have seen of other facilities, we actually have a very good pond for our hobby.
