    Airfix schnellboot

Hi does anyone have any info on the Airfix schnellboot, the one without the armoured bridge. Been on the Airfix site and can't find it. Wondering if it's discontinued.
Also any info on who stocks Fore Hobby, in the UK. Not Japan or China.
    Cheers Andy.

    Fore Hobby? Try here https://www.modelsforsale.com/catalo...urers_id=14923
The Airfix S-Boat is now a bit of a collectors' item & consequrently goes for high prices, but they do pop up occasionally on Ebay & other pre-owned sites

Thanks for that Dave, accounts why asking 80+ on ebay for the Airfix. Just happened to come across a review for the Fore Hobby, looks pretty good. Saw it for sale on Hobby Link Japan, only 53 quid, then realised they are in Japan. Suppose the name gives it away.

        hang around before buying.
Airfix are doing a lot of re-issues of older kits e.g. the hovercraft they just announced.
They may just be trying to see what sells high on eBay and then if they find the molds, do a re-issue.

Funny you should mention the hover craft, saw it on Airfix and remembered making that, humm, more years ago than I care to remember.

Sorry Gary, the above was meant as reply to yours. Hit the wrong reply.

Dave, thanks for the link, SWMBO has just let me buy their last Fore Hobby Schnellboot S38. This will be my next build. Now where's that damned courier.
