I am making a 24:1 model of a fairly modern yacht (1980) and find most available parts are for older stuff than this. I need small ammounts of stainless steel shim (about .2 to .3 mm) to make genoa travellers. Anyone know of a supplier.

Don't know of any suppliers - what about a set of old feeler gauges?
I used the metal strapping that come with my lathe, for shims to adjust
the tool height.
Best of luck
