help needed i am trying to find a large scale model of smit rotterdam drawings or kit 40inches or there abouts as i have had no luck

There is a Dutch model club that do nothing but Smitt tugs. Try www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk ,or try a Google search. -
i`m currently building teh billings kit just now, i know it`s not waht your after, but i did come accross a few links to grp based nederlands that had been built. pm me.
