    italeri 1:35 schnellboot

really enjoyed making this kit, even more so in the fact i got it for nothing. i have been working on it off and on for about four months, extras include4 the crew and a nice little dinghy from master casters. apologies for the naff quality photos but i didnt get the digi camera i was hoping for off santa.

Oh thats a good 'n. some of the photos are a bit fuzzy, but I can see that you have gone for the well used and put away wet look. :-) I tend to do my boats clean. Don't know why, just like them that way.

I have this in the to do pile. At the moment I'm building the Vosper MTB but waiting for a few bits.

five stars for you for all that rust

Looks fantastic. Would love to be able to afford one of these beauties. I'll have to go with the Revell offering instead. Got to love an E-boat

Great build Andrew......and free as well................The bloke at Ellesmere Port is still at large. I haven't been able to track him down yet!!!

Seriously, you really have made one excellent job of the boat. Well done.

            Cheers,

The pics may not be brilliant, but the subject surely is! *****

I like this ... the beat-up weathered look is the way i like to see a military boat too ... makes it look like it's seen some action ... on the other hand if it's a sailing ship i think they look a lot better neat and tidy ... each to thier own i suppose.

                      Have * * * * * for that mate

Excellent job, well weathered and just as seen in many of the books on the subject.

Love the Schnellboote it just looks so menacing compared with other MTB's
