Day 37
Having finished the stern conversion and waiting for paint to dry ( several times) I sit there and try to think of things to scratch build and add. I came up with a Clipboard, Document Holder, CO2 Extinguisher and a Flood light. Time well spent I recon.

Day 38
A bit of excitement. Your first glance at the power end. The top most powerful outboard on the market. Too powerful for this boat when turning but will be amazing in straight lines lol.

Day 39
I have had to construct a good rigid mount for the servo at the rear. You will see I used Tufnell again for this and added steel pegs to go through the deck.

Thanks Guys. When you build at this scale you need lots for the observer to look at, nice little details make a world of difference.

Day 40
Thank Ian. Glad your keeping up. I have now mounted the servo for the outboard and have boxed it in. There will be a flexible containing the wires to the motor as soon as I can source one. I may take a look in Maplins.

Day 42
I decided to make a spoiler for the rear but changed my mind after I built it. I decided it wouldn't fit in with all the straight lines.

It came out fine in the end but just didn't do it for me.

Day 43
Time to put together some brass and make the ladders that make it easy getting in and out of the boat for the divers. First of all I had to decide how I wanted it to look and work. There had to be ladders over the side to make it practical and these would need to be retracted at times so I came up with a hinged idea. See what you think...

I have built a flat top for the rear instead of the spoiler and I will add some extra details to it next.
