Castings (another first for me) of life jackets being taken from the Italeri crew kit, as I want to hang unused jackets around the deck area using the cating dough bought from John.

Motor Modules made and temporarily fitted.

This is looking really good and what I think is making it stand out is the fact that you are not following convention but are prepared to do your own thing and paying attention to real life. Having a couple of life jackets hanging around is perfect and shows a great appreciation of the real life situation.

Getting on with re-positioning limbs heads etc. I want to get away from the usual positions behind guns and on the bridge. I will paint when the amputation scars have healed!

Just gone through a period of not really being interested in doing anything on the Boote, but now some of the radio gear (birthday present) has arrived I am starting to get things out again!

My biggest problem is painting the hull (nearly 1 metre long) in our small apartment, as just to get my bits & pieces out I have to take over the living room floor completely!

Not conducive to harmony with the one who must be obeyed!!!!

I will start painting the crew figures (a first for me) so no idea how they will turn out, I may just have to throw them overboard if not happy with them!

Well if your first attempts at painting figures are any thing like the first attempts at altering them you'll do just fine.

Just take your time and squint a lot. lol
