I am beginnig to think i have bitten off more than i chew on this one but i am not giving up on it.


But heres the result of two days work, this will be a long job.

It looks easy, but I once did a frigate in dazzle scheme and it was not easy. Think you have made a good start Peter, you can do it mate.

Peter, if it's any help, when I brush painted the dazzle on my Belfast, I used a 2b pencil to mark the lines. Using a pencil ensures the lines are obliterated by the paint....use anything else and the lines will be seen no matter what paint you use. Also try and paint the 'bands' in one go....It's bl***y difficult, if nigh on impossible, to do a second without it showing over the first.

Not something I will ever attempt, kudos to you for even attempting it, and what a good job you've made so far.

At last the dazzle paint is finished the port side was easyer as the patterns were larger.


And i have ran some wet and dry to give it a worn look along with some rust the rest of the build will be pretty much out of the [ATTACH]116086.IPB[/ATTACH]
