Just ordered some more gold leaf 23 quid, so, so far 40 quid in gold for this kit ( I think the price of gold fluctuates)(I have to get it from the same place as I need to know it will be the same colour)

may I ask why the gold leaf,?


over just a good gold paint,?


as I do real like the look of the gold leaf

I find gold paint(I only use enamel) goes black with handeling, and of course gold leaf is, well gold, you can't get more realistic.
