    Another Airfix HMS victory 1\180

    Oh no not another one i here you cry and as the last one i did was nearly 30 odd years ago so i thought it was time to try one with my added skills so here's the result of 4 days work it's the two halves painted and ready to join so watch me make a pigs ear after joining the two halves

        Here's a long awaited update as I have found time to do a bit more.


        I have spent the last five days working on the stern decorations and Windows plus the two halves have gone together just (lots of warping).

            I thought it was time for another update on this on and off build I have got the stern windows in and the cabin portions on and along with some canons on the top deck plus the two of the smaller boats[ATTACH]273841[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]273842[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]273843[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]273844[/ATTACH]

                Looking good, I started a Virginia 1819 - Artesania Latina - Scale 1:41 it really hard, planking is a skill i am still trying to learn.

                      Time I put this one back on the bench and here are a few pictures of what I still have to contend with and have just fitted the poop deck but there are a couple of bits missing and I haven't got the time to get replacement's so I will finish it as it is.
