I have got the last piece of deck attached and for some reason the deck has come out a different shade and I have started on deck fittings.
This will my last update for a bit as it's time to swap to another kit.Click image for larger version

Quite a task you have there, well worth it in the end.

At the moment as most of my big ship builds tend to be winter projects

              Hi Peter
Plodding along steadily. Adding the smaller detail parts really makes this come alive. Still a ways to go I imagine.

I agree with Jim on the wood decking Peter. Progress with the fittings look good.

                  Cheers,
                  Richard

A few more bits added and the stern section and quarter galleries.
This will be the last update for a bit as I need to get some more mojo for this kit.Click image for larger version

Time to dust this one off and do a bit more only a small bit this time.
And it's the figure head and my lost figure did turn up.Click image for larger version

That's one hell a job so far!

                            Keep it up.
