        HI ALL well just a few pics to show im still on the build an i thought id see how i would get on fitting the phot echt brass railing an they are all indevigual posts with brass 1mm brass rod fittted through the holes in the stantchions an half are painted grey an the rest still in brass an there should be ladder fitted up where the gap is but that will be fitted when i can find the ladders Click image for larger version

          an i then jumped to fit on the nav lights an yes they are very bright as they need to be seen in daylight on the pond an im not that keen on where they are fitted but thats where they were on the real ship but should look better when i put on the S/SClick image for larger version

            AN NOW Dissarter happened yesterday as my hand hit the mast accidently an yes it broke of one of the main eletric feed pins an i was fumein with myself but jen calmed me down an said well its broke so lets fix it an in the next few pics its warts an all an here you can see the pin broke off as there should be 4 pin an not 3 Click image for larger version

                MANY THANKS Scottie yes i do try on detail as thats what makes the model an just as well i made it so it all comes to bits or would have not been able to fit in a new plug

                  here im now attempting to remove the shrink rap from the eletric pins but they are so small an i got the shakes so it looks a bit of a mess useing the soldering iron to melt the shink rap Click image for larger version

                    an you can see how small the wires an plug is by my finger tip an im now starting to melt the solder on the wires so i can remove the old plug an fit a new one Click image for larger version

                        Bet you said a few choice words Chris, mind Jen was right , lets just repair it. It' s not the end of the world, but it might have felt like that at the time.

                          an now done thanks to my jen helping me to fix it all get the mast all back
                          to geather an here ive also fitted on THE PHOTO ECTCH RAILING an oh it was a job to do as i dint want to break anything on the mast at all an the railing were painted white on the real ship

                            AN HERE the mast is all repaired an put back together but buy gum i was shattered as it took from 10am till 7pm to sort it so 9 hrs worth of the screamin memmeies lol an jen was also bloomin tired Click image for larger version

                                YEA you maybe right Rick but really once it fitted an screwed down to the S/S the pins wont be able to break then so now jen an i have fixed it the mast is all now screwed down an really stable but ive still got to handle this with kids gloves
