AN HI Rick boyo well yes first go i suppoce but ive been studyin the wirein diagram for days but when i came to think in my head how to wire it up well i got in a right muddle in my thoughts an was even dreamin about switchin it on an there bein a big bang lol as the wirein is in my opinion crazy as its doin things that to me dont seem right but that eletronics for you as one major point with eletrics as ive found out to my cost is that eletric will always take the shortest route back to negative an hence there will be a short circut an watchin it all go up in smoke as ive seen this happen on other peoples models hence havin a right amperage fuse fitted inline

AN THANK YOU Andy yes as i have said im very pleased as to see how this unit will fit in tiger its a prolem what with all the other wireing so i will have to really concentrate an think what im doin an what wire goes where an im busy at putting my norfolk in a model show over the wk end so it will be nxt wk before i can start an ive also got to modyfi the deck where the back funnell sits to take another spk so more cutting an fittin in a grill so the sound can travel out an thanks for stoppinan havin a look see

HI ALL just a small update today on that gun fire an gun flash unit an i wired it up right how the diogram shows an volay it all works ok even though to me it was all back to front but like everyone im still learning on this eletronics its a crazy layout bit its all ok [ATTACH=CONFIG]n1187210[/ATTACH]

cheers Boyo as yes i was very worried about turning this on as its not nice seein a lot of that gents work an exspence go up in smoke but thank goodness he knows more than me as i was goin to wire it up how i think it should have been done an i told him by email that it all worked ok an that i was eatin a lot of humble pie an he laughed an said there was no need as if i read the email rightly it would have worked on how i was goin to wire it up so it could have gone either way boy oh boy ive had bad dreams over this but dont tell MATRON

YES HI Rick yes the real guns on tiger were auto fire every two seconds or so so the gent has programed the CPU unit to fire every 2 secs an yes i'll have a blasting time with them guns shooting at my m8's boats but not at any birds as i dont want to upset the wildlife but there is never much on there anyway once we had a swan try a take up residence on the pond but the RSPCA came an took it away but fitstly ive got to work out how i'll fit it in tiger goin to be a fair amount of work i think BUT GOIN TO BE A BLAST LOL

HI Garry yes ive got it now worked out in my mind now on the wirein it up but still dont really understand how this all works from that gun fire unit but i suppose i will just have to accept that it does work but thats eletronics for you but now the hard part begins this wk an thats tryin to wire it all in the ship an get it workin an will have to have a good think on what the best way to go about it an but will see how i go

HI GUYS well just a small update on fitting that gun fire an gun flash into tigers hull in just the bow section an there may not look much but its taken me three days to fit it in an hopefully get this right as to me its all wrong in my mind but when i jury rigged it it all worked ok so had to bite the bullet an wire it all in no matter that there was a little bloke in the back of my head saying its WRONG Aaaaaaaaaaacccccc an the knock on switches are now all fitted in on left an right near the bottom of the pic an the leds are in the gun barrells an ive made the wire sit high so it dont catch on the big gear as it turns left an right an at the moment the strb knock on switch is in acttvatied postion when i relese the control stick on my T/X gearing will go back to self centre an relese the switch an stop gun fire HOPEFULLY LOL

an well ive got now just two wires to wire in the bow section an they are pos an neg to take power to the stern section for the shipfloodlites so wireing nearly done in the bow half horay lol

That's a hell of a lot of electric string in there Chris, pleased it is all working out for you. Are you sure that ship will float with all that weight in there?

AN tomorrow i will put the bow section back where it sit an bring up the stern section an then begin to wire in the gun fire unit an link it all up an try it before i do any cuttin of the deck to fit in both speakers an make up a sound box lets hope it dont go BANG but there is a 5 amp fuse to protect the unit so fingers an legs crossed lol
