Tiger is going to be one special model and a perfect companion to Norfolk. The hanger shots really whet the appetite for the finished thing.
Awesome stuff (as ever)
Cheers

Hi Chris, yes my ship is a water line model the reason for that is with the draught she would not fitted in underneath the bridge only being 19 inches water line clearance but since I am razing the height to 2 foot could of being enough , never mind, I figured I build the hull out of cardboard being a learning curve can fix up the mistakes when I finely build the RC version, sorry to confuse you.
Yes again the ship sit at the dock or sit going in underneath the bridge, grass be the water, some ports the water is green I have seen why I do not know, you might .
This will shock you if I was going to go 1/72 scale my build be slightly longer than your Tiger , 8 and a half feet wow she would of being monster indeed and probably had to us 00 scale containers and trailers being a bigger scale that HO scale.
I started watching Star Gate SG-1 again tonight season one disc 3 two episodes.
Busy Sunday in the yard duties, no work on the bridge will tomorrow if I have time to after going to Bunning need to insect spray, big trouble with insects in the grass .
Take care Tony
HI Tony well if your ever do build your ship in 1/72 a hull joint is a must an yes I have the whole series of stargate brilliant tv

I can appreciate the accuracy/difficulty in building the hanger doors. Having working parts to a model makes things sooooo much more difficult. Ive just finished the mechanisms for the Panther turret and boy did that take some effort! I know you’ll figure it out, I can hear those cogs working in that brain of yours from here!
Looking good on the Tiger Chris and lovely work with the Merlin on your Norfolk, leds and rotors spinning superb action:smiling4::thumb2:
HI Fernando yes tiger gonna be a goodun if it all works out as there is still so much that can go wrong as im still tryin to get the hull right as it just wont pass inspection from me ive been told im overly fussy but I like to get the model at its best for me anyhow an glad you like the merlin on Norfolk boy shes stuffed with wirein in such a small helo but it all works thank goodness nice to see you on here

AN Paul yes to get things to work they have got to be right no if or buts about it an two hangers oh im lookin forward to the challenge an yes your turret ring on your panzer looked difficult as the gear ring was a bit to small wasn't it ? an you hear my old brain cogs tickin over from yours boy they must be low groans then have to get out the WD 40 then lol ps in the next up date on her i'll post an idea an diagrams on how to build an work these hanger doors but this idea is not mine as I see it at a small model show about 40 yrs ago all ive done is uprated it for my use an ive used it on all my ship models except Nimitz
